Four Fabulous Dinner Parties

The night of the concert we will be auctioning off four incredible artistic experiences. We have combined the artistic mastery of our four musicians with the elite culinary tasting of some St. Louis’ premier chefs. You can bid on Javier Mendoza & Sidney Street, Lee Coulter & Niche, Josh Bonas & Pappy’s Smokehouse, and Sean Coray & Pi Pizzeria. Each auction includes dinner for 10 guests and a private concert by our artists. This will be a truly memorable evening.

Javier Mendoza & Sidney Street Cafe

Sidney Street Café is a St. Louis institution. Specializing in continental and contemporary American cuisine, Chef Kevin Nashan explores true flavors by emphasizing seasonal and local ingredients. With Sidney Street’s relationship with many local food producers, you can have a true farm-to-table experience prepared by Chef Nashan, a 2012 James Beard Foundation Finalist.

Lee Coulter & Niche

Niche is one of St. Louis’ most acclaimed restaurants. In 2012, Niche-founder Gerard Craft received his third finalist nomination for a James Beard Foundation Award. Niche’s food puts a playful haute-cuisine twist on local, seasonal ingredients.

Josh Bonas & Pappy’s Smokehouse

In a city that knows how to BBQ, Pappy’s has established its name as THE place to go. Acclaimed by the likes of the Travel Channel, the Riverfront Times, and St. Louis Magazine, Pappy’s secret is a careful slow smoking process. Sean Coray & Pi Pizzeria

Pi Pizzeria gained national attention when it was singled out by President Obama for having excellent deep-dish pizza (the thin crust is spectacular, too!). At the local level, Pi has done more than any other restaurant to redefine St. Louis-style pizza from provel cheese to a gourmet experience.
